Steve R. Akers, is a Managing Director and Senior Fiduciary Counsel at Bessemer Trust. He is a member of the Advisory Committee to the Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning, where he is a frequent speaker. He serves as Treasurer of The American College of Tust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), where he is a Fellow. Mr. Akers received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Oklahoma State University (1974) and his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (1977).
*Each member is entitled to bring one (1) dinner guest for the 2017-2018 season free of charge. Additional guests may attend for a $65 fee. An individual may attend as a guest no more than two (2) times during the 2017-18 season.
